How to include only the tweets you want in your blog

So how do I include only the tweets I want in my Sunday Snippets? And how do I include tweets from other people?

Several people have asked now, so I guess it is time to share.

I was going to build a plugin to make it easier but have not had time yet. So here is how I do it manually.

During the week favorite/star any interesting posts you happen to notice. Whether you are subscribed to them or not, this still works. Star your great quotes too.
As you comment on other sites add a tweet telling where you commented, and star that tweet too.
If you reply to someone else’s tweet, star it first (the buttons are right next to each other), then star your reply. You can unstar the conversation later if it does not turn out to be something worth sharing.
At the end of the week go back and star anything else you want to include. If you include a reply try to go back and find what you where replying to. This is easier to do real-time but you can usually catch up.
Once you have everything starred, go to your favorites page and copy the first page of favorites.
This is the one spot where it gets tricky. You will want enter a few blank lines below where you are about to paste in your favorites. They paste as a table that you will get stuck inside if you do not have blank lines below.
Paste in the first page worth of favorites.
If you have more than one page of favorites since last time, go copy the additional pages.
From there just keep going back through how many ever pages of favorites you have added since last time.
