Happy Groundhog’s Day 2009

We had a beautiful, sunshiney day here in New England. You know what that means, right? If not, click here for more info. I can’t say I am a bit surprised. It has been a really cold, snowy winter that shows no signs of letting go. As a matter of fact, today was one of only about 4 full-days of  sunshine this winter. Seeing the sun was nice, but I could have waited until tomorrow. 🙂

But, Spring is on the way, according to Wen Jiabao. You gotta love that guy. I don’t agree completely with him on politics, but he has an amazing way with words.

  1. Hey hey!

    Groundhog’s day.

    Thought it was a movie!

    John Candy and Bill Murray.

But it turs out to be something real.

I am learning as we speak.

    Greetings from Amsterdam.

By the way.. Could you send me a copy of office for mac?

  2. The events of the movie “Groundhog’s Day” supposedly occurred on February 2nd which is the date of Groundhog’s day every year.

I have not seen the movie, but I think the main character re-lives the same day over and over again. That day just happens to be February 2nd – Groundhog’s Day, although I am not sure if there is some other connection to Groundhogs.

A link to OpenOffice is on its way to you.

  3. Wow! Thank you! I always wanted to write in my site something like that. Can I take part of your post to my blog?
